Returns & Exchange Policy – Intimelyou
1. Global Policy Overview
This policy applies to all customers in the United States, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Poland, Greece, Mexico, Denmark, Sweden, and Greenland.
By placing an order on Intimelyou.com, you agree to these terms.
Order Processing and Delivery Timelines:
• Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
• Deliveries are completed within 8-12 business days from the order date, depending on your location and shipping method.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA & UK Only)
• Customers in Germany, France, the UK, Poland, Greece, Denmark, Sweden, and Greenland have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods.
• You may cancel your order and return selected products without giving any reason, provided they meet the conditions in this policy.
• This right does not apply to intimate products used for personal use (lingerie, sex toys, intimate accessories) once they have been opened or used (see Section 4).
3. Eligible Items for Returns/Exchanges
• Lingerie & Underwear (unworn/unused only): Must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and without any stains, marks, or strong odor.
• Non-Intimate Fashion Items (e.g., robes, sleepwear, accessories): Must be in original condition and packaging, unused.
4. NON-ELIGIBLE Items: Personal-Use Intimate Products
Intimelyou does NOT accept returns or exchanges for intimate products used for personal use, including:
• Lingerie, underwear, and intimate wear that has been worn, washed, or used.
• Sex toys, vibrators, anal plugs, intimate massagers, and personal pleasure devices once opened or used.
By purchasing these items, you agree they are final sale and non-returnable for hygiene, privacy, and safety reasons, following international e-commerce best practices.
5. When Returns ARE Accepted
You may return an item if:
• The product was sent incorrectly (wrong item, size, or color) due to our error.
• The product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged (e.g., broken, defective, leaking, faulty).
• The original packaging was opened or damaged before shipping.
Important Note on Buyer Errors: If you receive the correct item but it doesn’t match your chosen size, color, or model (e.g., you selected the wrong option), returns are accepted only if the item is eligible (see Section 3), but you are responsible for 100% of the return shipping costs.
Returns must be requested within:
• 14 days of delivery (EU/UK/EEA customers, where required by law).
• 30 days of delivery (all other countries: US, Mexico, Greenland, etc.).
6. How to Request a Return
To request a return or exchange:
1. Email support@intimelyou.com with:
• Your order number.
• Photos of the product and packaging (front, back, box, defects).
• A brief explanation (wrong item, defective, etc.).
2. We will review your case within 48 business hours.
3. If approved, you’ll receive a return label/code (if applicable) and instructions.
7. Return Shipping
• Defective/wrong item (our error): We cover the return shipping cost.
• Buyer error (wrong size/color/model selected by you): You pay 100% of the return shipping cost.
• Exchange of eligible items (e.g., unworn lingerie, non-intimate items): Return shipping is paid by you unless otherwise stated.
• Items not eligible for return (used intimate products): No return and no refund will be issued.
8. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item (in original condition), we will process a refund to the original payment method.
• Refunds are issued within 7 business days after approval.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs (if paid by you) are not reimbursed unless due to our error.
• If the item does not meet the conditions above, no refund will be issued.
9. Exchanges
• You may exchange eligible items (unworn, unused) for another product of equal or higher value (extra payment required for price difference).
• Exchanges follow the same rules: original condition, tags, packaging, and within the return window.
• You cover return shipping for buyer errors (wrong size/color/model).
10. Privacy & Discretion
• All returns are handled in discreet, neutral packaging with no explicit labels.
• Your personal data and purchase history are kept confidential and handled in compliance with GDPR (for EU/EEA/UK) and other applicable privacy regulations.
11. Agreement
By placing your order, you agree that:
• Intimelyou does NOT accept returns or exchanges for intimate products used for personal use (worn lingerie, used sex toys, personal intimate devices).
• Returns/exchanges are only accepted for defects, wrong items (our error), or shipping damage, within the legal and stated timeframes above.
• For buyer errors (e.g., wrong size, color, or model selected), you bear full responsibility for return shipping costs.
